J.A. Nel & Associates commenced operations on the South Coast of KwaZulu Natal during July 2003 and on the North Coast during February 2008. Principal, J. A. Nel, has 30 years consulting- and 6 years construction experience(roads and township services and building projects). Since 2003 the firm was involved in the design and supervision of more than 3000 projects which include multi-storey blocks of flats, upmarket – and double storey houses, commercial- and industrial developments, township services, urban- and rural water supply projects, urban and rural roads and low-cost housing projects
